Buyer beware... Their return policy states: "Manufactures defects will only be covered" There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance, all sales are FINAL!: The delivered a non-working moped to me. But, since we had to FUEL the vehicle up in order to determine that the throttle was broken... they will accept no responsibility! When you are making your purchase, figure in another $150-$300 for the repair of your brand new vehicle!
