Be very careful when doing business with this company. We were having some relatively minor phone issues, and began to look for other alternatives. An apparent front sales company Aerocom sent a sales person who presented a solution from Telepacific. It seemed like a better deal than we had so we said yes. He presented a paper contract to sign, that was in reality only a summary contract of the contract. To see the actual contract you needed to follow the website link to read the actual legal info. Prior to the installation, we decided this was not the right product. Telepacific had not provided any service, transferred the lines or installed any hardware, but were insistent on their early termination charges for our cancelling. This company is dreadful to work with and may have developed a legal way of deceiving their customers, but they are immoral in their business practices and can't wait until I am done with them. Take my advice, work with someone else.
