How many reasons can I give you for not going to this place?
1) The owner IS rude, like the other review says. She called me a low-class Mexican because I asked to return an item that was damaged- it was not worn however I did remove the tags. She smelled the item and cursed me out in front of other customers.
2) The store carries clothing that is purchased downtown L.A., with prices 2 or 3 times the retail cost- I checked with the company's distributor due to my curiousity, and all the lines I saw (Tea F, Bizz, Fumbling Foe) were price gouged.
3) The stores outdoor advertisement of 20-50% off services is false- the largest discount is $5 off a tan or brazilian; nothing is 20-50% off except for some of the clothing I saw.
4) The wax is claimed to be organic, homemade and made from chocolate and gummy bear candies. I spoke with the receptionist and she said that the wax is shipped from Spain, NOT homemade and NOT made from chocolate. False advertisement.
5) The owner burns incense and assorted candles that are not simply pungent odors, but distracting to the health of the store clients.
