Due to a number of unfortunate circumstances I found myself about to lose my home to a foreclosure. I tried to work things out with my mortgage company but to no avail - I just kept being bounced around in their voice response system and ending up nowhere. I contacted USA Mortgage Aid at the height of my desperation to see what they could do for me. It was the best thing I could have done and I say this as one of the world's biggest skeptics. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Most importantly though is the service I was provided. Monica Gutierrez was my underwriter and she was excellent in helping me through the process and keeping me informed along the way. I never felt out of touch. They had a great support staff as well (Mike, Samantha, Rosie, Elizabeth) - some one always answered the phone and if they couldn't help me they found someone that could and I didn't have to explain myself with each call - they were aware of everything that was going on. I just sent all the paperwork to my mortgage company and saved my home - I cannot tell you what a huge relief this is. My family and I say "THANKS USA MORTGAGE AID" - I could not have done this without you!!
