My experience with xheli has been bad. I purchased 11-05-2010 a Helicopter and a Flight Simulator, this one is very poor and difficult to set. I tried to return the Flight Simulator and trying to contact them through email and got no response, then tried their "live online help" but they were out, then tried customer service on the phone and over 6 attempts had spent more than 2 hours on hold. They don't answer the phone.
I strongly recommend that you don't do business with this company, there are many other reputable company's out there with quality parts and decent customer service.
