THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!! I REPEAT... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!! 0 STAR or even NEGATIVE STAR rating if i could give one!!! After signing up for their free trial (read what happened later) i was able to use the faxing service one time (which did NOT work) the next day when i tried to log in again to use the service. My login did not work! i request to recover my password and all i got was a pop-up that said "sucessful" that's it.. no email no link to change my password or id .. nothing... So i called into the ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer "dis"-service. I was told I DID NOT have and account with them and after checking the only 2 email accounts i have they said nothing was on file and that "IF i was SOOOO Concerned & sure i signed up" i would need to provide them with the credit card number to cross reference with their billing department..... ( should have listened to my instinct that was screaming don't do it!!!) but since i was so sure i wanted to make sure i wasn't going to be billed magically 30days later.. (i've had this happen before with another company) the RUDE customer service rep came back on the phone more pissed off and said there is nothing on file and i don't need to "bother them anymore..." i felt this was odd and asked them to email me stating that. and they did...I called the next few days and went through the same process. Results: I WAS CHARGED, not once but twice. i called them back again and i got the same response "you have no account here SIR".. then i was sent to and IT department... WHAT A BIGGER JOKE!!! the IT department kept asking for CC#'s... sorry but after explaining this they were still insisting on CC#'s... when i said no they IT guy got really RUDE and MEAN and said "our system is down, i just asked my manager" (which did not happen since we were talking and i was never put on hold!).. he was making sure to says this so i understood that is WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO GET HELP ... EVER!... i asked when it would be back up again and i was told "i don't know it could take ad few minutes or a few days." i was told i would get a call back when the system was back up again and of course that has Never happened. My bank has disputed this and have told me the following: from DAY #1 OF SIGNING UP: efax has tried to charge you card for $16.75 every 5 days!!! ... so the first day of signup was NEVER free, and the 2 other reps i had spoke to 5 days apart lied , took my CC# and fraudulently signed me up (i'm sure to receive a commission or sign up bonus) and completely lied to me and having an account. Also the whole department or MULTIPLE people must be in on this scam as different people denied seeing my account and refused to help and seem to be trained to ask for credit card # immediately.. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, IT IS RUN BY SCAM ARTISTS.
